White-tipped Saguaros

it's hard to see from a photo, but the tips of all these cactuses look like they have snow on them. I think it is an indication that they are in a growth spurt.

Tucson Recycles

Trash day tomorrow. The trucks come early (6 a.m.) so everyone puts their containers out the night before. Once a week I see these lined up while getting my evening constitutional walk. I don't want to stop my exercising normally, so often miss some good sunset pictures. Tonight this line of trash cans seemed to be a good subject, so I stopped and got the shot.

Looking north. The colors to the west were even brighter. I can't get enough of our colored mountains.
