You see, I purchased this poster back in the summer of 2005. There's a couple pictures I took in there.

I was so impressed with the quality that I took it to a frame shop to get it nicely framed.

But I never got it back. Because... (drum roll please) ...I live in New Orleans.

Yup, we got flooded and so did the frame shop.

Well, here it is three years later. We personally have bounced back nicely and we're back in our home. The frame shop never did come back, alas.

So then, when I saw this poster again today, I looked in to ordering another, but of course they sold out long ago.

Well, that's OK. If Katrina taught me anything, it's not to place too much emphasis on material possessions.

Anyway, it's a fantastic project, and I was especially touched to see you auctioned this for Katrina relief. Thank you so much.
