Coca-Cola Brownie Starflash

Like so many Kodak cameras, the Brownie Starflash sold well in its time, making it rather common for collectors today.
Not so common is this two-tone version, available only as a premium and not for retail sale. It sports appropriate Coca-Cola colors as well as a "fishtail logo" decal on top.
The original black Starflash was introduced in March of 1957. Other colors followed a year later, and production of the Coca-Cola model began in October 1959. This example was made in November of 1959.

      Maybe someday I will. :o)
As it is, my cameras are fairly scattered around the house. I'm on the lookout for just the right display case for them.

I have a regular Starflash but this is really interesting. Maybe we could end up with a McDonald's badged Nikon D700 :-)

Hi, I'm an admin for a group called red cameras only !, and we'd love to have this added to the group!

Great pic! I began photography in 1977 with a similar 127 camera, called the World's Fair 1964-65 Flash Camera. It takes AG1 and AG1B bulbs. I still have it, and used it recently for the first time in 30 years. I'm so glad I'm not the only one who enjoys collecting cameras!

One just sold on eBay for $213! That's quite high though.
