Productivity tip: Calendar Defrag
Remember all those PC tools that would defrag your hard drive? I don't know what it ever did to my HD, but it's helped a ton with my calendar. It gives me wide open spaces to get stuff done. I context switch less so it's easier to focus on problems. (All the light blue events are declined)
