The stone is a bit burnt out, but still I think the whole picture is a bit flat.

The shot has been well framed but I think I would have preferred a shallower depth of field to put the background out of focus.

I think that the murky water and reflections distract from the subject matter.

Well composed, but unfortunately leaves no lasting impression with me. A bit of different colour-play might improve this, or maybe converting to black & white?

Also might try dhansak79's suggestion for next time you shoot - the reflections somewhat take away from the central focus point of the shot...

i find that the colors, are a little bit too sad. at a first look i thaught that it was petrol there!! may be you could use in better way the reflection to have nicier blue, or to try b&w here

The image seems to be just slightly out of focus, but it's difficult to judge due to the small size. I don't agree with the crop suggestion - in fact I think the composition as it is is good.

The water reflections are very good as well and really pulls everything together.
