The corners here aren't sharp because they
are out of the depth of field. Also, raise
your ISO and make your shutter speed faster.

Interesting shot! I don't think you have
focusing issues, just Depth of Field
problems. In order to get more of the dog in
focus, try f/8.

Yep, if you deliberately wanted to use f3.2,
the blur on the edges and focus on the nose
is great!
