Some people use some sprays to cool bugs, to slow them down because bugs aren’t as active when they’re cold. I kind off did the same thing, the weather here has changed from relatively warm for the time of the year to cold overcast days. And this confused the ladybugs and they are already active, but because it was so cold they are really slow and easy to photograph.

So people who use sprays, just wait for the weather to do you a favour instead of bullying these poor bugs.

This is not the same boat nor is it shot at the same day as this shot
Although it is shot very close to the place where I made the other photo it feels totally different. It was an overcast day and I just needed a walk, and took my camera just in case.

i truly hate my 18-55mm lens, for having such great quality in such a crappy body. especially that it makes no sense mounting a ND grad on this lens because you will shift your focus due to the crappy build quality.

but that wide 18mm is so nice :)
