The photo was attributed to "Mark
Knobil, Wikimedia Commons/ANB". ANB (anb.no) is a Norwegian commercial news agency, that
obviously sold this article to the newspaper.
I guess ANB found your photo at Wikipedia.
It might be that ANB is selling your photo,
without honoring the Creative Commons
license. You might want to give them a call.
