43/366 Bites: BURRITO

Chopped up some yummy red peppers, sliced up some shallots, oozed it together with egg whites, wrapped the whole blob in a low carb low fat wrap.

And of course, some BACON.

I would like to point out that now that I screwed up the numbering once I don't trust my counting skills.
