Paletas Quilt - Finished!

Specs!

- Queen sized
- Pattern: Plain Spoken from The Modern Quilt Workshop by Bill Kerr and Weeks Ringle
- Fabric: Mostly Robert Kaufman Kona Cotton solids
- See unfinished top here
- and the pieces here
- Time from start to finish: about 7 months (but about 4 months of that was spent at the machine quilter's)
- Professionally quilted by Over the Top Quilting Studio in Austin
- Hand-finishing the binding took about a week working on it an hour or so per day
- My Modern Quilt-Along here, which has more details on the process and what I learned

This is amazing.... often I look at colors that I wouldn't use in someone else's work and think, that really sings together and make a note to add those together in another project.... Thanks for the inspiration. I've enjoyed looking at the solids together... So often we reach for patterned fabrics and the solids really show off the quilting and add quite a modern feel to the patchwork.
