Wealth of Nations in ProgressThe Ore Market contains the Ore Supply, Mine tiles (which produce Ore), and tracks the buy, sell and barter prices of Ore. The Capital Market. Capital is generated by Factory tiles. The Bank contains the cash reserve, Promissory Notes, Bank tiles and Automation tokens. The Food Market. Food is produced by Farm tiles. The Energy Market. Energy is produced by Generator tiles. Academy tiles. The Labor Supply. The Labor market. When Labor is bought and sold, cubes are removed from or added to this area. As players buy and sell Labor units, the market fluctuates. The more Labor cubes available in this area, the lower the price. The less cubes, the higher the price. A bloc of Mines. There are five complete supply circles in this bloc, so the three tiles will generate 5 Ore if supplied with the proper amount of Food (1 per tile) and Energy (1 per bloc). Blocs (and single Industry tiles) generate Commodities for the country that built them. My stockpile of Commodities: 1 Ore (white), 1 Capital (black), 1 Energy (blue) and 3 Labor (red). First Player token. This rotates clockwise after a turn is complete. Each turn consists of three phases: Trade, Develop and Produce. Cash! This single Farm tile will generate 1 Food during the Produce phase, at a cost of 1 Energy. The flag on the tile indicates which country developed the hex and receives the output during the Produce phase. For the sake of neatness, we used this toy cash box to house the money instead of keeping it on the Bank placard. ![]() |
