speedlite 430 place on floor far right of camera (actually, outside the pitch dark room)...point toward the ceiling. Fill by reflected light on door and mirror place behind camera.

I merely want to recreate the sunlight condition when I shot the 34 weeks photo but it was cloudy yesterday....and I kept thinking if I don't shoot it soon, I may go into labor any second and then no more belly
