It's World Cup time, what can I say... :)

The lettering is a bit odd, but I'm too lazy to change it. Also, Sorry to the East Asia/Pacific folks out there - the map curved in a way that made it difficult to include you. Don't worry though, you're still loved.. :P I had to chop out as much as five letters, but they're all there ;)

    Around 30 seconds to a minute. :) It actually took longer to lay out the scrabble letters. Actually, both the ribbon and the chips are all strategically laid out, taking current conflict zones into consideration (Kyrgyztan, Israel/Gaza, Congo, Haiti, the Korean border, etc). That took longer than getting the ribbon in position :)

    It is.. Didn't work out quite as well as I thought though. Might re-do it with a smaller map ;)

    Light source - window to the right, but in the late afternoon so not that sharp light. Also used a light with four spot lights, above right. I'm guessing the combination window-artificial light is what fills out some of the shadows.
