Aren't they just made for each other? And clean, satin sheets for the occasion! ;-)
What an impact their romance has on us all! We should be kind to bees (and flowers)!
As you can see, I've gone all soft ~ soft on bees and flowers, that is!
Best viewed large and on full screen (F11), of course!
BTW, © is for Colin. ~ What else?

Spring is in the hair! ;-)
I got mud on my face. Big disgrace. And look at my hair, all over the place! ♫♫♫ ;-)
She's a 'queen' and no mistake! ;-)
Actually, Kitty was busy creating new 'pot-holes' in our local forest (see Flashback below) when suddenly her head sprang up, like a 'jack-in-the-box', at the deafening report of a shotgun going off, very close by! She remained dazed like this for a moment or so, giving me just enough time to capture this rather unique and very candid snapshot! ;-))
Perhaps a snow-white doggy wasn't such a good idea after all! ;-)
Up close, on white and on full screen is a must, but mind where you tread! ;-)

E.T. ~ What else?
Warmest Greetings to all Ye Earthlings everywhere! Welcome to My space! ;-))
Feeling of déjà vu? ~ Well, E.T. is a common enough name in these parts!
Plumped, hairy lips, bandy legs and stereo earmuffs = beauty, out of this world! ;-)
You can marvel at this 'stunner' up close and on full screen, of course!
And remember; beauty is in the eye of the beholder! ~ So, please make an effort! ;-)
As you may have noticed, I had to clip her wings a bit to stop her flying away! But don't tell the kids that, for heaven's sake! ;-)
The technical term for this is 'grounding'! But not to worry, dear friends, the Flying Doctor will soon have her airborne again! ;-)

Leo, the Dande Lion King! ;-)
Now, as kings and lions go, Leo is quite small; only about 6mm from end to end! ;-)
You can view this "newbee" large on black and on full screen, of course!

Smoky bacon! Mmm!
Well, I hope you like ants because I've got rather a lot of antpix! ;-) You see, a whole colony of these things decided to spend their summer holidays with us in what the French call a 'colonie de vacances' - a sort of holiday camp for ants. ;-)
These guys hardly ever stop moving and even when they do stop, they go on twitching! ;-) The idea of an English breakfast (bacon and egg) was to try and slow them down a bit, which of course it did - a bit - and they loved it!
The bacon - a very tiny, wafer-thin slice - was wrapped around one of the tension wires of a 2mm, chain-link, wire fence (similar to this one - click right for new tab/window) which they had chosen for their daily promenades!
As for the egg, I dropped it - not the egg, of course, but the idea. Far too messy! ;-)
Please do have a quick look up close, on black and on full screen, of course!
And please read on ...
