Strobist:
Canon 580exii half power slightly behind rider, no modifer
Cactus kf 36 1/4 power slightly infron of rider, no modifer
triggered with cactus V4 triggers

Heres another attempt in trying to get the rider in the landscape rather than a photo of a rider.
The ambient light was a lot darker than I'd hoped for leaving the scene a bit dark but it did make the rider 'pop' more.
