Blue Flax 1

    Newer Older

Flax is one of my favorite Spring and Summer flowers. They are really amazing and so different up close. Shot with a 35MM reverse macro. Actual size is one half inch.

These are amazing, the colors and textures are wonderful. I have never used a reverse macro, I love the results.

Thanks! I had never heard of this 'til Omsel, here on Flicker. He's into a lot of different things, all of which he does well, but for me, he's the reverse macro king:

You can browse his sets too~

I got a 35 and 50 MM Nikkor on Ebay, for not that much, and then an adapter to mount it on the camera backward. Lots of fun, up close and personal.
