Dancing

Beneath a smiling moon.

I started out just wanting to paint some dancing people, something more active for a change. After a while it began to feel like a kid fashion illustration, so I ran with it. I don't think it's my best ever color palette, but it makes me happy all the same. The glowing lanterns are my favorite bit -- such a fun effect to paint!
