This butterfly(! not a moth) is called sesericho(lit.sting-butterfly) in Japanese. Though the wings appears to be smaller compared with the size of the body it can fly at the speed of thirty kilometers an hour.
I think that these flowers are beautiful and have unique shapes but I cannot identify them. P.S. The flower is what we call in Japanese mehajiki(Leonurus japonicus Houtt).
