The front part of the iris patch

The first year we planted irises, we messed up and planted them too deeply (you really just set them on the ground) = no flowers. We replanted and have gotten more flowers the last two years. I finally feel like this little patch of irises has really settled in this year.

And I used to have a list of what variety each of these irises is (I'm sure I still have it somewhere), but it feels like too much effort to track it all down this moment.
