she & I

when the Maggs got sick a week ago, I was paralyzed with fear and sadness, thinking I would lose my girl who has been by my side through everything for 12 years. we had a stressful week of vet visits and nursing her back to health but she is back to her 15-year-old kitten-like ways. Sassy and feisty as ever.

I've been wanting to do another portrait with her for a long time and I thought now was as good a time as any. This is how she likes to be held, and she always curls her tail under my arm, thus.
