Simon's strangely bulging crotch...

Perhaps the leather trousers were something to do with this...

I was given these trousers ages ago and they never fit me (no hopes in hell - far too small) but when I said would Simon like them he jumped at the chance and so I had to get my cameraphone out when he tried them on as he spent a good 10 minutes stroking his thigh. Oh it was funny!

Just one of the hazards of putting on leather trousers for the first time! At least Simon was with a friend when he reacted like this. I was in a shop's changing-room when I tried leather trousers on for the first time and was deeply embarrassed coming out of it! You've captured Simon's amazement well.

Actually, Paul de Richard - I did write that with a large amount of irony... I think it was just a combination of the angle of photograph, the fact he had tucked a massively long t-shirt in and the way he was standing.

I must say the first time I tried leather trousers on the only stiffness I felt was the fact they were really thick and like cardboard but the man in the shop reassured me that they soften with wearing.
