4 port KVM switch. It is a USB model that works fine with Mac, Windows, and linux machines.

Y cable - input from KVM, output to monitor below. If the projector is off the monitor functions normally.

Sweet silverstone case. I'm building up a mythtv system for the family room upstairs. It will be a frontend of the myth system down here.

The projector is on the KVM with that monitor. The mouse and keybord are wireless and work anywhere in the room.
