Five

Surly Brewing's 5th anniversary beer is called Five. Much like Four, and Three before that.

Five is a "brett" style beer, aged in red wine casks. I tasted something related to this (perhaps an unmatured version) they were calling Pentagram a while ago. Pentagram was good, but a bit...tart. I'm hoping it mellowed out some, or else this 750ml is gonna be rough.

my first burger from the Lions Tap in Eden Prairie. I consider myself an expert on burgers, and this was one of the better ones I've had.

Oddly enough, the thing that REALLY made the burger was the bun.

This is my first self portrait in almost a year, I think. I was messing around with my flash in my apartment seeing how the light played, then I took it to see what I could do in Photoshop.

This is the result, and it's painfully obvious I should never model.
