this guy is always in the boston common. they call him the weatherman because he is constantly shouting out the weather report. however, he pretty much always just says it's 46 degrees outside. that still makes him the second most reliable weatherman in boston.
no word on where he got the outfit (although he did insist on showing me that it is "official motion picture merchandise."
