Very cool project though, I am going to have
to give this a try. I love stuff like this
when it works well and tastes good. Just
finished trying out making banana ice cream
with bananas and well bananas. It came out
pretty good, surprisingly worked well.
The carrots we planted have an
extra-super-crunchy core that shatters in
your mouth when you bite into them. This is
awesome when they are young and flavorful and
the core is tiny ... but when the carrots get
huge, the core is the size of a pencil and
not-so-tasty.
