i'm sorry peeweelewis01, but your joke is like the photos you've posted so far and the icon you've selected. don't take this too personally, it's just that i'm not feeling it as a major american city has been displaced - - THINK ABOUT THAT FOR A MOMENT and then accept the impeccable strands of fact that much of what has happened was absolutely avoidable. this is a horrorible thing that has happened.

tonight i'm thinking about houston and other localities where the displaced have been sent. how long will they be able to sustain the former residents of new orleans.

i'm also thinking of my readings of Sun Tzu's Art of War and the writings of John Locke and other thinkers of the Enlightenment and it's clear that our nation's 'leaders' don't have grasp of the fundamentals of the responbilities of government - - any kind of government. gw bush IS the worst president yet, worse than truman, a. johnson, harding, coolege, van burren, taft and adams.

saying "stands for nothing" ignores the current situation and reduces your role from active citizen to 'bystander'. furthermore your comment is most ill-timed and foul mannered, not unlike what is seen and heard on the Fox network.
