at my mom's house downstate for the weekend ...
I'm greeted with a nice display of the Aurora Borealis!

this is in Cadillac. Much further south than Leelanau,
I was surprised to see them so strong!! I wanted to get
home/home and shoot my scenes with the lights, but
I know all too well how fickle they are, so I stayed put
and enjoyed the show ... sure enough, they petered out : \
They did regenerate later on, but not as strong ...
I'm glad I stopped
