The National Portrait Gallery Courtyard with the roof by Sir Norman Foster. The floor has the capacity to be a reflecting pool. If the pool is full, I can imagine an attractive space. Right now, the color choice of the floor is too heavy when compared to the other colors in the composition. The pool is an important part to lightening the floor. I'd bet money they pools aren't running because people stepped in them!
