day parade in Chicago. I remember looking at
the ground as we were walking over a bridge

It's no joke nutterguy they do it every year
on St. Patty's day and it stays that way
almost all year.
and to the guy who said it can't be good for
the fish. It's harmless.
it's just food coloring
the fishing is pretty good there.

As a transplanted Chicagoan, I enjoy this
photo brings back the memories...In Savannah
they color a fountain green I never have seen
it in person though....
