Located on the lower east side of Manhattan at 103 Avenue B, the Tompkins Vaudeville Theatre was a small theatre playing small-time vaudeville and movies. It operated between 1903 and 1910.
The building is now in use as a bar/restaurant as seen in this October 2007 view when I was touring the Cinema Theatre Association(UK) around NYC.
