    This is all that remains of the former Carlton Cinema (later ABC/ACE). This view shows the 1953 re-built facade/entrance which replaced the original Egyptian style facade of 1928 that was destroyed by a V2 rocket in January 1945. The 2,117 seat auditorium was demolished in August 1996.
