Kelly and Victoria at LL 5/21/11

Kelly and Victoria at LL 5/21/11

Ok so I'm still posting a few pictures from my last outing. The music was playing and I was dancing. Life was good. As Suzane reached for the camera to take a picture the music changed and the floor emptied. Here I am with the beautiful Victoria who graciously came to my side for an impromptu picture moment.

Laptop Lounge - May 21st 2011

Laptop Lounge - May 21st 2011

Here is another picture of me. It may not be all that special to you, but I have been looking forward to the day when I'd get out to the LL for a very long time. As a mostly closeted cross dresser this is something I only dreamed of. Devon is in the background. Her dress is so short. I was just loving it. It has a low cut back and yes it was something that I'd never wear--but good for her!

I have an extra bonus for you all today. Yes, a story.

Today proved to be quite interesting given that I was in boy mode all day--well physically. I have two twin girls that I love dearly. They are twins and almost eight years old. They are very different girls yet they are both just like me in a lot of ways. One is such a girly girl and the other is such a tomboy. Go figure. The one is a dancer/cheerleader the other is a hockey player-ice hockey. My little hockey girl has her girly moments too, but only when it comes to hair and makeup. She can't get enough of that stuff. Well she, like most girls, has one of those barbie doll heads where the girls practice their hair and makeup skills. Well she loves it.

She came to me this morning showing me a flyer from the newspaper where she wanted to buy a new one with her own money. It seems hers was a mess with lots of knots in the hair and makeup smeared all over the place. Hey, yes you do know what I'm thinking! This is the perfect job for a cross dressing father! I took my little girl into the bathroom along with barbie and I proceeded to show her how to remove the makeup and how to untangle the hair. She loves her daddy but wow how she loved me extra special for fixing her favorite toy.

Later that very afternoon her twin sister had a big dance recital in front of a huge college auditorium. Her mother quickly did her makeup, laying on lots of mascara and eyeliner--for theatrical purposes. Well my little girl took a look in the mirror and started crying in her waterproof makeup. The mascara from her lashes had smeared all over her upper eyelids and it wasn't the best look. She pleaded for mom to fix it but mom said oh don't worry about it you look fine. Once again daddy came to the rescue and fixed his little girls makeup. She was so happy. Two for two.

Most daddy's dread sitting through their daughters dance recitals but I've always loved them. The outfits on the little ones are so cute and let's just say their mothers are looking pretty fine too. But I digress.

We went out for a celebratory dinner afterwards and my daughter wanted to remove her ponytail. The hair bands had gotten all tangled in her hair and mom was just going to take a pair of scissors to her hair and cut that pony tail off to get her hair free. Once again she cried for daddy. So here I was in the restaurant working with her hair to slowly untangle the knots. I smiled at how I had done something similar for the other girls doll earlier today.

We came home from the recital and it was time to takeoff the theatrical makeup. I don't know why but my wife was fretting about not being able to takeoff the waterproof makeup. Once again my little darling was upset and it was daddy to the rescue. I knew soap and water would probably do the trick. And if not, although my wife was sure we didn't have any remover at home let's just say I knew of a certain stash that could be helpful.

So once again for the second time today I had one of my daughters in the bathroom with me and I was showing her how to remove makeup. It was such a proud moment. She was amazed and once again she knew there was nothing that her daddy couldn't do.

Well here is a picture of my little girls daddy. I was so very happy when this picture was taken and I'm glad to say I was just as happy today that I was able to help my little girls in their time of need.

Kelly plus one

Kelly plus one

Here I am posing with yet another great gal I met at Angela's Laptop Lounge. I chatted with her in the club and hopefully I'll get the chance to talk with her again real soon. Karol and I were out in the mall taking a few fun photos when she joined in the fun. Now tell me she doesn't look great.

Now here is the part I dread. In all the excitement I forgot her name. I feel so bad.

Dinner with new friends

Dinner with new friends

Here are Katie, Maria, Jen, Sophie and myself. Fay is just off camera to the left. i dont recall who was sitting next to her, completely out of this shot, so please forgive me for not giving her the proper credit. I believe Suzane Oliva was the special guest photographer. She was responsible for planning this night out. Actually I believe Jenn was responsible for calling the girls together for dinner. She graciously extended the invitation to Suzane and myself and I want to thank her very much for that.

Jen was bringing Maria to the Renascence meeting later that night to give a special talk on hair removal procedures that she does in her shop. I didn't get to talk with her personally that night and I'm not really looking for her services. She partied with us all night long and she was so much fun to be around. All the girls were so much fun to be around!! What a night!
