There's another Japanese product called Pocari Sweat. It's a popular sports drink / Gatorade-type-thing. This is presumably a competing product. The name probably has something to do with the fact that plastic bottles in Japan are often referred to as PET bottles, which makes the name a (strange) pun.

補給 - ほきゅう - hokyuu - replenish, renew (had to look up those kanji)

So "replenishes lost moisture". It's a sports drink.

Actually it looks like it is marketed by the same company that produces Pocari Sweat: Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co. It says Otsuka Group (大塚グループ) above the name.
