Florence from Michelangelo's Square

Worth the trip on the 12 route. There's a couple of cafes, a church, and a very cranky woman who sells gelato at a bar.

Almost as if she didn't really want to be selling things, right? As if you're a bother, coming in to buy things, when she could be sitting around, doing ... whatever she was doing before you got there? Yeah - there are those here as well.

She remains a bad memory of a lovely place. She told us we had to walk with our gelato when we tried to sit down, and motioned with her fingers -- like you know, do the walking through the yellow pages. Ug-lee person.

We've encountered them quite a bit - and they just reinforce their bad view of customers, as customers leave unhappy.
