Mmmm Cheese

Being Danish.. this is certainly my fav.,

This is my ultimate favorite kind of feast. Nothing brings me more joy than the mingling of nuts, fresh and dried fruits with wonderful, flavorful cheeses. This is a selection of fine gourmet cheese with fruits and nuts. Clockwise from right Dutch Aged Gouda, French Chevrot, Danish Bleu Castello, Swiss Marechal, and French Istara.

haha, yes i'm stalking cheese plates =) i haven't had a cheese plate in so long! i'm so ready for one. i can only buy one cheese at a time, otherwise i won't finish it :(

I tell ya... you can put a copyright notice on an image but you can't make some people understand what "permission" means. Thankfully there are good folks, like yourself, that are the majority and have respect for the work of others.
