Chinese food
Sweet & sour tofu with broccoli, and 20-minute brown rice which I cooked with sliced mushrooms, some chopped leek, and a handful of frozen peas, then when the rice was cooked I added in Vegeta seasoning, sesame oil and soy sauce.
