Oh, yes, I love this one too !! The subjects are so beautifully picked out.
(Incidentally, I hope you didn't take my recent comment the wrong way - I understand entirely your quest for new angles and new views of London. I'm always trying (though not always succeeding) to avoid the clichéd image, and I absolutely encourage you to continue to do so.)

Many thanks for your visits and comments
an untrained eye: I wasn't offended by your comment yesterday; you were honest and I appreciated it. I probably would not have posted this one if you hadn't made that comment.

I liike the way you used the blurred background.
The birds remind me of the picture you took from the bridge with the one bird looking right at you.

this is outstanding K. So much to take in here, the feeding flying gulls, the person, the bridge at the back. Delightful

absolutely outstanding mate, the sort of shot i would love to take. What a fantastic moment, and composition, with the light and the gulls and bridge in the background, i love everything about this. From the angle i'd say it was right outside furnivall sculling club?

Wow! Are those birds members of a union? You couldn't have paid them to fly past in a more striking way! :-)

I love how this feels almost like a still from a movie- we are being told a story in a single shot.
