“I like nonsense, it wakes up the brain cells. Fantasy is a necessary ingredient in living, It's a way of looking at life through the wrong end of a telescope. Which is what I do, And that enables you to laugh at life's realities.”

We had the sky up there, all speckled with stars, and we used to lay on our backs and look up at them, and discuss about whether they was made or only just happened.” ~ Mark Twain

Another couple of photos from the session with Vikki :)
I have definitely fallen in love with B&W in the last couple of months and find myself converting more of my shots into B&W

Silence..........

Silence..........

There are some qualities - some incorporate things,
That have a double life, which thus is made
A type of that twin entity which springs
From matter and light, evinced in solid and shade.
There is a two-fold Silence - sea and shore-
Body and soul. One dwells in lonely places,
Newly with grass o'ergrown; some solemn graces,
Some human memories and tearful lore,
Render him terrorless: his name's "No More."
He is the corporate Silence: dread him not!
No power hath he of evil in himself;
But should some urgent fate (untimely lot!)
Bring thee to meet his shadow (nameless elf,
That haunteth the lone regions where hath trod
No foot of man,) commend thyself to God!
~ Edgar Allan Poe

These crows roost on this tree and I've passed many a time and meant to stop and take a shot but yesterday evening there was a moody, stormy sky and I thought it was perfect timing. As I was taking my shot some of the birds flew up and this is my favourite frame. I added a few flypaper textures and converted to B&W.
