An amazing sky over Hafjell during last christmas. No idea what those clouds are called in english but i'll call them glitter clouds. Great place, beautyful really.

Not used to naming my photos in Icelandic, specially not photos of norwegian landscape.

Took this photo back in november at the beautiful Gaustablikk. Name of the lake is Hvitavatn and it´s in ca. 1000 m. over sea level.

A wonderful place with wonderful people.

As the sun rose over the mountains of Telemark it met the mighty Gaustatoppen. Gaustatoppen spoke down to the sun and laughed out, "you can't climb me, not this day my friend, for today I am your master". The sun blasted it's rays and filled my camera with sparkling light but nothing she tried counted and in the end she succumbed to her defeat....only to half hour later to peek out on the other side with the broadest of smiles.

Don't know what to say really. The place blew me and us away. The complete still weather, it was as if the wind had taken a vacation. In the background you can see the most beautiful mountain in Norway, Gaustatoppen and in the foreground lies lake Kvitåvatn. The name of the tree on the right i don't know, hope that doesn't matter all that much.

On the morning of the eighth day he wondered now what? And this is what He did, went to Norway and created this magnificent place high up in the Norwegian highlands. My dear friend just happened to make this picture perfect by walking over the stones at the right moment with his daughter on his shoulders.
Me and my wonderful wife spent a lovely weekend up in the highlands with our good friends. The photo opportunities were endless and the only thing that kept me from shooting more was "CF card full".
