Niche Living

“Niche Living” will focus on cities in the fringes of various wooded environs. In the same vein as when large mammal populations were dramatically reduced after the Ice Age, this collection of works shows how cities might evolve in a similar fashion. After an ecological calamity, cities will be reduced to existing as they did before the Industrial Revolution, growing almost as lichen or fungus among the now substantially larger flora and fauna of the area.

With global warming signs becoming more prevalent by the day and with the strengthening of the "green" movement, this show will delve on the relevancy of both issues.
