Flowing electrons

This is another one of the installations at the IDADA show at the former Indianapolis City Hall / Indiana State Museum / Temporary Central Library building. It will only be there until the Super Bowl leaves town, so check it out if you’re in the neighborhood.

This is part of an electronic waterfall made of tablets running videos of real waterfalls. The tablets run under a footbridge and into a pool of sorts.

January butterfly

So I came home from work on January 21st, and one of the first things I noticed was a butterfly sitting on my (dusty) DSLR. We don’t usually get many butterflies in central Indiana in midwinter. I wish I had some flowers for it, but I don’t. Maybe I’ll pick some up at the grocery tomorrow.
