    It was a cold gray day, perfect for a big simmering pot of chili. Matt always makes it up as he goes along so tonight I made him write down the recipe. It was his first post for our food blog.

      Oh, yum, that looks good! That looks like Le Creuset cookware. I have the same red pot. I often use it for making chili, too.
