They always leave out Bruny Island, where I grew up. It should be here!
so it must be doubly annoying when tasmania itself is left off the mainland plastic tracer - hence fbd's comment below. it instructs you to drawn your own tassie, free-hand. nice. not. so i was pretty excited to find this.

I just bought one of these stencils in Brittany and on the back there are scaled outlines (not traceable) of various colonies including: Tahiti, Martinqiue, Nouvelle Caledonie, La Renuion, Les Saintes, Maria-Galante, Guadeloupe and Guyane. The australian stencil map of my childhood did have printed, somewhere over the simpson desert "note: tasmania should be drawn in free-hand". :)
