Had a great day yesterday - Headed off to Toowoomba for work, packed the camera gear, spent an hour (lunch) in Laurel Bank Park taking photos & then met up with my daughter, Raeann
& her friend Tiff in Gatton on the way home :-) Yeah !! — at Laurel Bank Park - Toowoomba
I might add I finished up with trousers that had very wet knees & bum - the ground was very wet

Had to take an overnight trip out to Chinchilla for work this week, took a little scenic drive.
This tree in the middle of a ploughed field took my fancy.

Small outback town in Central Queensland.
Stopped in this little town on the way in & the way out of Longreach.
The town had a really nice feel about it & lots of pubs lol
This was probably the only day we saw any clouds .....

Trevor & I have just had a little tour out west (Brisbane - Longreach 'Round Trip"
I didn't actually get to take a whole lot of photos but we had a great time.
This was shot in the Emerald Botanical Gardens - I was waiting for Trevor, who was otherwise engaged lol - this young lass walked past me with these balloons & sat over yonder for quite sometime. I figured there was no harm in taking a few shots :-)
Trevor & I went for a walk & when we came back the balloons were gone - I spoke to the young lass & mentioned I had taken some shots.
Turns out she is a photographer & was waiting for her clients (children) & the balloons were gone quite by mistake - Bugga !!
This is version 2 - The original version has much more foreground (grass) & I think maybe tells the story better (as in balloons in the far distance) but I feel this "looks" better.
Tried to add original version to 1st comment box, but seems the destructions have changed
