1. asa was set to 400
2. photo was taken from a moving car on the highway (thus a little blurry)
3. taken through windshield
4. light was very dim (the witching hour of dusk when light can be strange)
5. cropped photo

... compare to another of my photos of same subject, different day (365 02-17-09 mormon temple from beltway) - which was taken asa 100, bright setting sun backlighting temple (but also from moving car through window, also cropped) and there is a whole different feeling.
