Every year, around 500 billion plastic bags are used worldwide.
500,000,000,000. When I see wayward plastic bags blowing and being
caught on trees and bushes I am reminded why I use reusable bags. I
little effort on my part helps eliminate plastic bag pollution as
noted in the photo.
By refusing to use plastic bags, we can make a huge difference to the
pollution problem.
Take care of the earth and she will take care of you.

Good shot and commentary to remind us of a very important issue! I also carry reusable bags with me, for exactly the same reasons. We need more people to it, so thank you for promoting it here!

I still take plastic bags to avoid purchasing them so I can pick up the dog deposits...thus, my contribution is to re-use and I can guarantee none of mine end up blowing away!
