I must've missed this at DCA, but the prop itself is from the old World of Motion ride at Epcot...long since replaced by Test Track (blarg)

That's very awesome.
It's tucked away beside the stage in the Hollywood-themed section. One of those "if you don't pay attention, you'll miss it" kind of things, which is what I love the most about Disneyland.
