Horrible pictures - but great enchiladas
These came out MUCH softer/mushier than the recipe connected. My toddler helper (age 2) "helped" by pouring an extra cup of chicken broth over the top of the enchiladas that I had set aside on the counter for something else.
Regardless, they tasted great. :D
