This is NOT my recipe. I have been the very THANKFUL recipient of an email that pointed me in the direction of this tasty recipe. I want to share it because it has been shared with me. I am NOT seeking ANY credit for this - but have fallen in LOVE with this easy and tasty recipe for it's versatility and texture. I wanted to share it because (1) my mom wanted me to post the recipe so she could find it and (2) I believe strongly in the sharing/giving of our GF community.
