Robalo con Arroz Cremosa de Citrinos e Açafrão

Sea bass with citrus and saffron creamy rice. (Served with a nice Tinta Barroca wine)

 

The sea bass was perfectly cooked, and splashed with hot oil to get a perfectly crispy (if slightly curled) skin. I usually don't like fish skin, but this sold me.
